Products for induction

This refers to IH.Induction Heating Cookware which heats the frying pan or pot itself like a heater with the movement of the magnetic force line containing magnetic force.

Vortex current is generated on the pan bottom with iron ingredients through the magnetic force line below the pan bottom that is induced by a vortex shaped coil mounted below the induction cooker. As iron has an electrical resistance, the flowing current changes into heat causing an instantaneous vortex with the bottom surface of the cookware touching the top part of the induction cooker which causes the cookware’s floor to become hot.

 

Smokeless functional pan

It is a patented technology (“Smokeless frying pan”) with a hole inside the pan where the smell and smoke go into. The hole is connected to the bottom of the pan like a chimney which makes the smoke and smell exit through the pan floor outlet.

The glass lid is combined with silicon which seals the smell and smoke inside of the pan and forces the smell and smoke exit through the inlet. The smell and smoke then exit through the pan bottom outlet and the smell and smoke are burned through the gas fire.

Steam grill pan

Average grill pans’ bottom thickness is about 4mm while the steam grill pan’s bottom thickness is significantly thicker at 13mm. Therefore it has excellent heat retention and allows for food to be cooked well on the inside while not burning.

The groove is deeply cut along the bottom edge so when water is poured in the groove, the steam from the heated water circulates inside the pan so that the original grilling cooking and steam cooking can be done at the same time to enjoy more juicy foods.

In addition, oil from meat and fish is put in the grill hole and removed through the side hole enabling healthy food with less oil.

Removable handle pan

It has a patented detachable handle developed by Dong Yang Natoyan’s own technology. It can be attached to various pans with one touch and is composed of a double button device when detaching for safety.

It can be applied various kinds of pans with a single handle increasing convenience. It can also be stored standing up

The part that touches the pan is made of heat-resistant silicon which is harmless to the human body. It has an excellent durability and its safety is guaranteed through it being able to withstand a large amount of foods inside the container.

Double Pot

This pot is a functional product with cutting edge technology of Dong Yang Natoyan that produces an air layer through combining the pot’s inner and outer layers with the casting method. It prevents the inside temperature of the container rising above a certain temperature by heating the inside layer through heated air instead of direct heating of a single layer structure.

These features make it possible for food to be cooked without water or oil, preventing food from burning or sticking, and minimizing the nutrient destruction of food.
In addition, the food does not overflow which prevents the cooking area from becoming dirty.

When a disc containing jade powder is put inside the floor air layer, the far infrared ray coming from the jade will cook the food well and save the taste of the ingredients.
